Hey Madison! Totally agree – getting someone that actually contributes/takes out trash & general tidying up tasks is very hard to find! We might need a whole different post on getting your flatmates who clean 😀

There was always something that bothered me: nervous, sloppy, irresponsible, fanatic smoker or drunk.. list is long. But what caused the real drama was the cleaning schedule. It was always me who did the household cleaning and maintenance job. So find someone who is neat and organized. It will save you so much nerves.
